1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using LivePulser's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. Our services are tailored to provide high-fidelity monitoring, and by utilizing them, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
2. Description of Service
LivePulser provides website monitoring, uptime tracking, performance monitoring, and related services (“Services”). Our suite of tools includes:
- Website uptime & downtime monitoring
- Performance monitoring and analysis
- SSL certificate monitoring
- Domain expiration monitoring
- Port and service monitoring
- Cron job monitoring
- Alert notifications and reporting
3. User Accounts
3.1 Account Creation
To use our Services, you must create an account providing accurate information. You represent that the information is truthful and will maintain its accuracy.
3.2 Account Security
You are responsible for all activities under your account. You must maintain credential confidentiality and notify us of any unauthorized use.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes. Prohibited activities include:
- Monitoring websites without authorization
- Engaging in unlawful or fraudulent activity
- Interfering with or disrupting the Services
- Unauthorized access to other systems
- Reverse engineering or extracting source code
5. Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle handles all customer service inquiries and returns.
6. Service Availability
6.1 Service Level Agreement
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. Availability targets are specified in your service plan.
7. Billing & Payments
Services are provided on a subscription basis. Fees are charged in advance based on your selected plan.
7.2 Payment Processing
All payments are processed by Paddle. By subscribing, you agree to Paddle's Checkout Buyer Terms.
- Payments are due in advance
- Fees are non-refundable per Paddle's policy
- Taxes are collected by Paddle at checkout
8. Data & Privacy
Your data is your property. We process it in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We implement industry-standard security measures.
